THE CHALLENGE Producing a user-friendly Health & Safety Risk Assessment training CD ROM for Doctor's surgeries in the UK.

THE SOLUTION TADS Media Ltd produced a CD ROM in partnership with the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) to train Practice Managers in the skill of conducting Risk Assessments. The CD ROM was written in Macromedia and contained a mixture of video, audio tracks and graphics. The result provided a structured training program complete with quizzes and activities. At the end of the training program, the individuals were given a practical Risk Assessment of their own practice to complete. Ten thousand copies of the CD ROM were distributed to practices throughout the UK.
